We offer maintenance services for our clients. Though we train all clients on necessary measures to take to ensure the smooth running of any product from our School Management Systems suite they have bought, some tasks require specialized attention from our qualified staff.
These services ensure that all software products installed for clients to run flawlessly all the time. We make sure that regular backups are present to mitigate data loss. We also service hardware used to run our systems. These hardware items include computers, printers network switches and any others that may be in use in the institution for the purpose of smooth running of the installed school management systems.
